Windows 10: Startup Settings Problem after Reset

I have a laptop Windows 10 and I reset it because it was not working fast but after that when I opened it, it showed “Choose an operating system” option and when I choosed any of them it restarted and showed that “Choose an operating system” option again and again. When I tried to reset it again from the help of advanced settings and opened it, it again showed that and all the options of troubleshoot advanced settings were missing except Startup Settings and UEFI Settings. Now I am stuck on this and am not able to open my laptop from 3 - 4 days. Kindly help me.

Thank you for posting your reply.

I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

• In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
• Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.

After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.
