Windows 10: Startup software bad working

Hi! For the past month or so, in random times when turning on the PC after it had been turned off the night before in the right way a couple of apps that are configured to run on startup do not launch and even they are missing from the task manager startup list. Then I set them up again, they will show, it will work fine a couple of times until again, they won't load during startup and they won't even show in the list.


The apps in question are OneDrive and Upwork Time Tracker usually.


In EventVwr I am seeing errors saying the system was not shut down clean in times that I clearly remember shuting it down just from start menu and I do not power it off from the UPS nor from the PSU, so that is weird.


I am currently running Windows 10 Home Single Lang. v1909, comp 18363.657.

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
