Windows 10: STARTUP SYSTEM ERROR

I was trying to turn on my laptop by using power key but when I press the key I got a blue screen says RECOVERY your pc/device needs to be repaired the boot configuration data for your pc is missing or contains errors file: \Boot\BCD. Error code: 0xc000014c. You'll need to use recovery tools if you don't have any installation media like a disc or usb device contact your pc admin or pc/device manufacturer. Now plz resolve this ASAP

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

  Apply and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
