Windows 10: Startup Win 11 with the preferred user account

My husband gave me his older ThinkPad with Windows 11 installed after my ThinkPad broke down. I have been using his, signed in to his Microsoft account. I recently tried switching to my MS account so I could save files to my Onedrive instead of his, but in doing that, I see I have to set the PC up again to access my own files not just from Onedrive, but from somewhere else. This was so confusing to me that I gave up and decided to keep using his account. I wish I could get help with this seemingly intricate process, too.But in the meantime, I set the PC up so either of us can log in, but now

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to follow the step provided below to switch user.

  Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key.

  Click on Switch User.

  And select your user account.
  

Follow the steps provided below to remove Microsoft account.

  Press Windows + I key.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts.
  
• 
  In your accounts, at the bottom click on the account you want to remove.

  Then click on Remove button.

Hi Billy

Please see the steps above, I suggested deleting all the pictures from that folder in File Explorer, then setting your preferred profile pic for your user account, that would then only show one User Profile Picture
