Windows 10: static and audio cut outs

recently i have been having a problem with my wireless headset audio. i recently got a new modem, i am suspicious if that has anything to do with it but i really need help to solve this because i have online school every day and i have issues hearing the teacher. the sound is usually laggy and keeps cutting out and sometimes static. please help me find a solution.

Windows 10 Audio Randomly Cuts Out

1) Is the issue confined with specific browser, when you say online audio and video is not working?

2) Is the issue is confined with play online audio/video or with system audio as well?

3) Which exact Windows troubleshooter you have run?



I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.



Step 1: If you have not performed audio troubleshooter then, I suggest you to perform audio troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Playing Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.
  

Step 2: Set Windows Audio services as manual.

Follow the below steps:

1) Press Windows key + r, type services.msc and hit Enter.

2) Check for the Windows Audio services.

3) Right click on the service and select Manual.

Audio Cut-out ProblemI

I am using iTunes to play CDs (purchased from Apple). On playing any CD, my audio suddenly cuts out (i.e.., no sound). The audio will restart by pressing the space-bar (or most other keys). The audio then continues plays for a few more minutes, then cuts
out again. This is a pain-in-the-neck.

What is the problem here, and can I fix it?

(I am using an ACER Aspire laptop.)

 

Audio Cutting out

Hello, my name is Bryan, and i have been having some issues with my computer audio, the symptoms are:

-Game Audio cutting out very commonly

-Youtube/Internet Audio works fine

-Any game audio on multiple platform having this problem

-Ive check my audio driver and its up to date.

-Ive notice that when i open my sound settings the 2 input and output device started flashing, then i open it up and happen to see a High Definition Audio device keep appearing and disappearing, even when i have my output and input on another device. This
appearing and disappearing is causing my audio to cut out from my game, it is also affect my framerates causing it to drop or freeze. I have tried to disable it and unplug all device connected to my PC but it still happens to do the same.
