Windows 10: Static noises keep on returning after turning audio enhancements on and off

Recently there have been static noises whenever audio is played after hours of laptop usage, the solution I found was that turning the audio enhancements off caused the static noises to disappear. But the static noises keep on returning after another few hours which causes me to turn the audio enhancements on and/or off whenever the static noise returns. Is there a solution to permanently removing this noise without having to consistently turn the audio enhancements on and off?

I upgraded a Dell 1545 with this same audio chipset. I got rid of the static noises by turning off audio enhancements in the playback properties menu.

Just tried it, I only saw the option for Communications Headphones instead of Speakers. But it still didn't work :c

Just tried one out with iTunes, and I didn't get the static noise.

EDIT: I did get one static noise midway through my second song *Sad
