Windows 10: StatTrak Address Manager

How do I load my information to the scan disc and reload to the new laptop hard drive I know loading the icons just gives me a shortcut I have several other files that I need to do the same thing with Thank You George?

Address Manager Program

Hi Paul,

The problem you've encountered with running your Address Manager Program in Windows 10 could have something to do with compatibility. Since this has worked with an older version of Windows, then we can try changing the compatibility mode and set it to work
with older OS version. Follow these steps:

• Navigate to the installation folder of your Address Manager Program.
• Locate the .exe file, right-click it and click Properties.
• Click the Compatibility tab and tick the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for.
• Choose the Windows version you want to use.
• Click OK to save the changes.

Finding IP address

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to find printer’s IP address:

1. Type Devices and Printers in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Select on the printer and click on
   Manage.
   
3. Click on the Ports tab.
   You will be able to find printer’s IP address under the ‘Ports’ tab.
   

Few printers also have a “Test print” option on the printer. When you print a test page from network printer, the page shows the IP address along with other details.

Note: If it is set on DHCP mode the IP address will constantly change.
The IP address is assigned automatically by your router using a protocol called DHCP.
