Windows 10: status: 0x000006d, substatus: 0xc0070005, cannot login no matter what I do

Was able to remove Quality Updates - still same error.Was not able to remove Feature Updates.I have tried login with Safe Mode - still same error.Log in with Safe Mode - Network enabled - still same error.Cannot reset pin or password.Was able to reset pin via laptop, but new password still doesn't workCannot verify credentials, same error.Tried resetting MSI desktop while keeping files.Received Blue screen error during one of the many restarts, same issues persist.Trying to conduct a full restart, removing apps/files/settings, etc.This is the only solution that worked successfully.

Hi all,

Since a few days, I keep having issues with my laptop

Onedrive not sincing, PIN and account password not working even though correct (no keyboard issue)

I tried a million different fix, to no avail.

I reset Windows as last resort (twice), and one issue (so far) persists: please see title:

Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (status 0x000006d substatus: 0xc0070005) click to set up PIN again

Once this occurs, I restart my laptop and it works. However, I get this same error everytime my screen locks (so if laptop not used for 15 mins). then I have to restart to log in again.

I reset my pin, I did it all....Anybody else have the same issue?

it seems these issues came from an update, as I have not installed anything new on my laptop for weeks, so nothing new coming from me.

I tried for that a lot of fixes too. I even tried to add another login option (password) but I still have the same problem: my password, even though correct, is not recognised once I try to unlock my laptop. I have to do a restart and then it works.... It is quite inconvenient to have to restart my laptop every time I try to login.

Login Error (status 0xc000006d, substatus: 0xc00700005)

Hello. Anyone can help with this login issue to Windows 11 on my PC? All of a sudden I can't login with my usual method, pin or password. When I try the following error shows: Login Error (status 0xc000006d, substatus: 0xc00700005). Only after I restard my PC the pin and passord work and I can log in. Any help with the problem would be much appreciated.

 

Windows Login Issue - (status:0xc000006d, substatus: 0xc0070016)

I am unable to login into my Windows 10 21H2 device. There was a Windows Update so I thought ok let's do it, then it did the normal update blue screen but then it said failed to update undoing changes, at this point I got confused. Then it booted back into Windows and I tried to login and it did not work. It just said 'Something went wrong and your PIN is not available (status:0xc000006d, substatus: 0xc0070016)'. Please help me to get a way to work around this and get back into my machine and fix it.
