Windows 10: Status of Security Settings on Manage my Devices

I recently revived the use of my Windows Defender Anti-Virus Software after one of the updates had knocked it out. Now when I log in to my Microsoft account and view my devices, the status of my Virus and Protection shows as "unknown". I know that I have turned on real-time protection, cloud-delivered protection, and automatic sample submission, but the changes aren't updating on my account. I haven't been able to update Windows this month, and I fear this may be the reason. I am looking to find out how I can refresh my device information to get the green check marks back.

Device Manager Missing

  What is the status when you click on the option?
  
• 
  Do you see any error code or error message on the screen?

  Since when did the issue started appearing?
  

As a work around, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on Start Menu
  

Check if you are able to see device manger in the pop up menu.

Bluetooth Driver Disappears from Device Manager and Settings/Devices

I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Drive. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Click on View.
• Click on Show Hidden Devices.
• Search for the Bluetooth device.
• Right click on the Bluetooth device and click
  uninstall.

No hardware listed in Device manager?

I don't konw whathappend but in Device manager and in my Network connections there is nothing where there used to be a Modem listed and all my hardware in Device Manager. What happend and how do I fix this?
