Windows 10: Steam detecting my Pro Controller as two controllers while using Betterjoyforcemu

I'm trying to use my Switch Pro Controller on Steam as a Xbox 360 controller using BetterjoyforCemu, but Steam detects two controllers instead, when it's actually 1 controller. It detects the actual controller, the Switch Pro controller, and the emulated controller, which's the xbox 360 controller.

How do I solve this? Because I'm constantly playing Steam and non-Steam games. For Steam games I don't actually need BetterjoyforCemu since Steam supports the Pro Controller but for non-Steam games I must use BetterJoyforCemu. So closing Steam to use BetterjoyforCemu and viceversa is a total chore.

My Switch Pro Controller stopped working with no reason

Recencently I bought a Switch Pro Controller to be able to use gyro in Steam. After I dig up my old bluetooth USB radio and install Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (MS Bluetooth Stack asks for a pin number and I don't have one) it worked. Steam detected it as
a Pro Controller and everything was working. 2 days after, though, it stopped working. I was able to connect it via bluetooth but no program detects it. I tried re-install the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, install BetterJoyForCemu, HID Wiinmote, but nothing worked.
I know that it's not a controller fault because it works wired. Would someone know how to help?

Note: I have a lot of difficult making bluetooth working. I need to keep removing and reconnect my USB Dongle until it work.

Please confirm a few things for me.

1. Is this issue occurring with ‘Steam’ being installed on your system?
   
2. Have you checked if the controller still works on your Windows when ‘Steam’ is not running in the background?
   

Please check with the following methods.

Method 1:

Stop the process for steam in task manager and check with this.

You can stop ‘Steam’ running in the background by following the steps below:

1. Press ‘Ctrl’, ‘Shift’ and ‘Esc’. This will launch the ‘Task Manager’.
   
2. Click on the ‘Details’ tab, you should be able to locate the ‘steam.exe’ process if ‘Steam’ is running in the background.
   
3. Right-click on it and select ‘End process tree’ to stop the ‘Steam’ running in the background.
   
4. Check if the controller is still working on the Desktop.
   

Method 2:

I would suggest you to check the settings in the Steam application. You may follow the steps below:

1. Launch the ‘Steam’ application, click on ‘Settings’.
   
2. You should be able to locate the ‘Controller’ option under ‘Settings’.
   
3. Under ‘Controller Configuration’, click on the ‘Desktop Configuration’. Please confirm the settings there.
