Windows 10: Steam shortcuts

Hey so i've had this bug where steam shortcuts (for games obvs) donthave an icon and on trop of that when i try to run them, they don't run as a .exe but as if i wanted to print them, so for example when i open any steam shortcut instead of running it, it open the print menu.

Did anybody else run in a similiar problem?

Can't delete Steam game shortcuts

Hi Johann

I tried running the Unlocker app,but my non working Steam desktop shortcut didn't come up in the list.

Any suggestions on what to try next?.

Not Stream.....STEAM. This is Steam:

Welcome to Steam

I buy all my games through Steam, and I can only play them through Steam. My shortcuts were working up until I tried to install your Internet Explorer. Now, Steam cannot create any shortcuts on my desktop.

Please, DO NOT SUGGEST that I open these games with any other application other than Steam because that WILL NOT WORK.

Please, DO NOT SUGGEST that I forgo using shortcuts.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
