Windows 10: SteelSeries Apex 7 Red keyboard / USB Keep disconnection

HeyI have a problem with my SteelSeries Apex7 Red keyboard, it keeps disconnecting.It depends when it happens, sometimes it can go 30 min, sometimes 5.When it happens the lights on the keyboard freeze and Windows make the "USB device sound"It started happening with a Razer keyboard I had worked fin for 3 years then it suddenly started.I changed the Razer keyboard to a SteelSeries Apex 7, but the same problem.When the keyboard disconnects my USB mouse also disconnects.I then have to unplug the USB connection and reconnect it, then it starts working again. Then it happening again.I have tried

SteelSeries Engine Technology
