Windows 10: Steps to DISM Online Cleanup or other after stuck during update & restart.

Hi there:My Windows 10 Toshiba Laptop got stuck Restarting during an update.I was able to get it to reboot after allowing the battery to drain and it successfully finished the update.I was following a support article "Laptop stuck or restart screen" Feb 11 2021 that Kevin Bart advised:to reboot in safe modePerform SFC Scan I successfully did this, computer says Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files & successfully repaired.So far so good.The remainder of the instructions I have been unable to complete and wonder if I should try to do so outside of safemode or ??DISM/Online/Cleanu
