Windows 10: Stick Notes Will NOT Login

After attempting to troubleshoot sticky notes and my Microsoft with various login, resets, clearing cache, installing then reinstalling, I have yet to find a solution to being completely unable to login to sticky notes even though I sacrificed every note I had since the reset button doesn't explicetly you know that "data" includes the content of the notes and not just internal data that may be keeping the app from working properly. Thank you for that, I definitely didn't need them, and I certainly remember ever single thing I had on them.Honestly, it would have been real nice for me to just...

Sticky Notes isn't avaiable for me

Let us further isolate your concern by answering the following questions:

• Have you made any changes to the computer software prior to this?
• What type of user account are you using?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Search Stick Notes.
• Right-click on it and then choose Run as administrator.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Sticky Note Missing

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.
