Windows 10: Sticky keys keep turning on even if they're turned off

For some reason my pc started enabling sticky keys for no reason without even asking. I saw a lot of people had this problem but they fix it by turning off sticky keys in the control pannel. I have done that yet they still turn on and i can't turn them off even if i click 2 keys at the same time. Its so annoying, I've noticed it happens mostly when I'm playing a game, or somehow always happens on the discord website. How do i fix this? I've done everything yet they still turn on by random

Sticky Keys is a Windows Ease of Access feature that makes it possible to use keyboard shortcuts or type capital letters without needing to press more than one key at once. Since the sticky keys still turning back on when the Shift key is pressed 5 times, you
can disable it by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key.
• Type "Turn on easy access keys".
• Press the Enter key.
• Click Set up Sticky Keys.
• Uncheck Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times.
• Click Apply.

sticky key can not be turn off.

I did try ease of access, control pan and website like this ( Redirecting )

after i turn it off and it shows the sticky key is off in the window, but it just did not change at all. when i open the ease of access or control pan it just shows the sticky key is on still.

 

Nothing works to turn off sticky keys

Windows 10, I accidentally turned on sticky keys. Under "ease of access - sticky keys" I have the 2 shortcut keys (shift X 5 and press two keys) checked. Neither works. Turning "Use sticky keys" to off doesn't work. Saying "no" to the dialog box when asked if I want to use sticky keys won't turn it off. Any ideas how to turn this off temporarily?
