Windows 10: Sticky keys randomly turning on and arrow keys randomly activate search bar

The sticky keys on my computer randomly turn on. I have them turned off in settings. I do not know what triggers them, but I have to press the shift key and/ or hit ctrl+alt+delete to deactivate them. The computer will also randomly open the search bar in chrome when I am using the arrow keys to scroll. I have no idea why it does this. If I am not on chrome, the search bar on the windows taskbar will randomly open when I am using the arrow keys to scroll. I am very frustrated with my computer doing this and cannot imagine why it would be programmed to do any of this. Computer is a gigabyte lap

arrow keys not working properly, I haven't touched anything or made any changes. please help

when I go into any search bar on youtube and press an arrow key down one, instead of going through the suggestions on my search bar it just scrolls the page down. this has never happened before and I haven't updated or changed anything.

if I'm on google and press the down arrow key, it moves to the last suggestion on the search bar. if I press the up arrow it just goes to the top suggestion. i can no longer scroll through the suggestions. just top or bottom of the list.

i have checked all of these

scroll lock is NOT on

caret browsing is NOT on

sticky keys are NOT on

filter keys are NOT on

every other option on "ease of access " that should be off is turned off

 

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

 

Windows logo key getting randomly activated.

I have an HP Pavilion laptop 15-cs3 with Windows 10. Since today morning, I have faced the problem that pressing keys on the keyboard would open shortcuts rather than typing. After a lot of analysis, I realized that the Windows logo key is getting randomly
activated, and pressing it deactivates it for a while. Then, the moment you start using the keyboard, after a couple of presses it gets activated again. The Windows logo key is NOT stuck, I have ensured that. A few things I tried after reading up on the internet
about this issue are:

• Uninstalled the keyboard driver from the Device Manager and rebooted my laptop
• Disabled sticky keys
• Ran a keyboard troubleshooter (no issues found)

I am pretty clueless as to how to resolve this issue and it is causing me a lot of stress, as I use my laptop a lot.
