Windows 10: Sticky notes hangs on new PC after login - Report Failure email address no longer exists

I've been using Sticky Notes to hold useful information for several years now, back to 2018, on a number of devices. My notes are synced to the cloud so I can easily transfer them from device to device. I was just issued a new laptop at work and when I try to sync my Sticky Notes on it it seems to login but then hangs on the "Loading your notes" screen. I can still access my notes fine on a personal laptop.This is Sticky Notes 3.6.73.0 running under Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 OS Build 19045.4651In the settings screen, Sticky Notes reports a sync error:CorrelationVector: X9JO84TkbEG6di7KCY0Y/

Sticky Notes synchronisation failure

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. May I know the professional account mentioned in your article refer to your Microsoft account? Is it an enterprise email which have O365 license? Will there be other error screenshots when you log in to your Microsoft account?

1. Please try to recover your sticky notes from Sticky Notes.
   
2. Reset Sticky Notes app in Windows 10
   
   • Open Start menu, click the Settings icon to open the Settings app, click System, and then click Apps & features.
     
   • Click on Sticky Notes entry, click the Advanced options link, and then click Reset button.
     
   • Click the Reset button again when you see the confirmation dialog to reset the Sticky Notes app.
     
3. You can also try to reinstall the Sticky Notes app via Settings
   
   • Navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps & features page.
     
   • Scroll down the page to see the Sticky Notes entry. Click on it to reveal the Uninstall button. Click on the Uninstall button. When you get the confirmation prompt, click the Uninstall button again.
     
   • Once the Sticky Notes app is removed, open the Store app, search for Microsoft Sticky Notes, and then install the same.
     
4. It is not clear whether this problem is caused by the latest patch. I suggest you can try to remove the latest Windows update to check again.
   

It is possible that due to Windows by design, if two accounts are used to switch back and forth frequently, this failure will be caused. So, have you tried it on the fifth device?

Sticky Note Missing

Let's see if with the following steps we can solve the problem:

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

2.- Follow the steps suggested by the Windows MVP in your article
