Windows 10: Sticky Notes missing after Windows Update on Corporate PC

Hello Microsoft Team,I'm a local Admin on my corporate laptop, recently there was a Windows update that was pushed to everyone's laptop that has caused Sticky Notes to entirely be deleted. The main limitation on the laptop is that the Windows Store is blocked via corporate policy. I've attempted to run a powershell script to Get-AppxPackage for sticky notes there was more to this script, will post the code if needed, I've checked sys32 folder and appdata folder. All remnants of Stickynotes are just gone. Stikynot application file is missing and any attempts I've done personally have not work

Win 10 v1709 update and missing Sticky Notes

There is a possibility that the Sticky Notes were unexpectedly deleted on your desktop due to some errors while the update is being installed. For us to provide an accurate solution, we would need to know which build and edition of Windows 10 is currently
installed on your PC.

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest recovering the lost Sticky Notes by following these steps:

• Open the File Explorer.
• Type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt in the address bar and then hit the Enter key.
• Look for StickyNotes.snt file and then open it with Notepad or Microsoft Word.
  
• Look for the missing notes in .snt file, copy and paste it into a new Sticky Notes.

To avoid issues with missing Sticky Notes, it will be best to back them up. You can follow the steps provided by
Jennifer Bri in this thread. It serves as a guide on how to back up and restore
Sticky notes in Windows 10.

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

Yes, there is a possibility that the recent update may have disabled or corrupted the apps. For us to isolate this problem, we suggest repairing or resetting Sticky Notes on your PC. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and click Apps.
• On the Apps & features tab, locate the name of the missing app.
• Click the app and select Advanced options, then click Repair.
  
• If the Repair option is not available or does not resolve the issue, you may also try the
  Reset option. However, it's more likely that you will lose any app data that was saved.
• Once the repair or reset is completed, Sticky Notes should now reappear in the app list.
• You may now pin it to the Start Menu.
