    Still 100% load while idle


    Idk why my 7 yrs toshiba satellite is running like this.For a long time still at this load. So i set my laptop from Balanced to Power saver mode to stop high cpu loading, as well in advanced power settings and minimize its max and min load. Btw why this happening??? And how to fix it?

    Radeon HD 4850 idles at 85 *C idle and 110+ *C load!

    The duorb's heatsink only sits onto the GPU core and not the memory chips of the HD 4850.

    My duorb and 4850 beg to differ!
    I took it right off my hd 3850 and slapped it on my hd4850 with no probs.
    I get about 40c idle and 70c load temps with a dourb on my 4850.

    Some Phenom II 965s seem to run hot aswell, as suggested a after maket cooler would be good even at stock speeds.
    I just replaced a 940 (overclocked to 3.6ghz 29-32c idle about 52c load)
    with a 965 (c3 stepping not overclocked yet) it's running 45c idle temps 55c load using a cooler master hyper 212.
    There are some reviews on newegg stating that they are running about the same.
