Windows 10: Still an issue with solitaire not loading , it jus hangs in a loop saying loading.

As this appears to be an ongoing issue that hasn’t been fixed, I’m assuming it’s because your servers are failing.Please note I’m using an iPad, so your fixes for a windows pc are irrelevant.Yes I have deleted and reloaded the app, all to no avail.Is this ever going to be resolved?

• Are there any error messages when you tried to play the game?
• Did the issue start after an update?
• What steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

Mahjong and solitaire will not load, why?

Solitaire not Loading

Solitaire daily challenges not loading on Windows 10. When/if I get to screen to select daily challenge it goes through motions of loading and either returns to selection screen or closes Solitaire altogether. Tried running app troubleshooter and uninstalling/re-installing
- no change.

Received e-mail asking if problem solved -NO

Tried all the suggestions - just have to keep closing and restarting windows until it eventually works.
