    Still can't delete my own files or folders..


    Hi,After reading the many tips etc given in previous questions about permissions and deleting your own documents and folders and being told you need Administrator approval, i still can't delete anything from it...yet its a single owner computer, no other users on it and all my own documents,Why don't I have control of what I can or can't delete ???? Has Microsoft done anything to fix this problem and stop causing their users so much stress.

    Trouble deleting a folder

    Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

    *Confused Still can't delete my own files or folders.. :confused:

    Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well Still can't delete my own files or folders.. :eek:hwell:

    Can't delete folder!

    have you tried using safe mode to delete it? i dont know what you had in it, but i have tried to delete files that said they had nothing in them from the program files folder and it said "DUNK" and NO but i was able to delete them from safe mode

    Hidden folders

    I installed `Kane and Lynch` on my PC twice in Program Files(x86) folder but I can`t find them (2 folders with game). But free space on my HDD is lower. So there`re those folders on my hdd. I use option `unhide` hidden folders but still can`t find them. Any suggestions? How can i delete those hidden folders?

    When I run istallation for this game I can see those folders in Program Files(x86) folde.

    I`m using Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
