Windows 10: Still can't update to windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586.

Hi,
The Windows 10 Home, version 1511 10586 update came out a while ago now, and everyday since I've tried installing it and yet I still can't. It downloads fine, but then when I need to restart to "finish the update", I'm presented with the error message

I can't install this update: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213)

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0922: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

Also I can't install next update Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586.:

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8007001F: Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586.

You had been using Windows Update which you have failed to install 10586.

Consider trying the other method also recommended by Microsoft itself.
Download the Media Creation Tool (MCT)

Make sure you select the same language, same bit version and same Windows Edition as the one you are now running.

Once it is downloaded, run the Tool > select Create installation media for another PC.
That will begin downloading the ISO file to your computer.
When it is downloaded, right click at the ISO file > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
That will begin installing.

Activation is automatic.
