Windows 10: Still getting Install error - 0x80070103

I received an email with a fix that didn't work. I deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder with the net stop wuauserv and net stop cryptsvc commands. Then I deleted the folder and net start cryptsvc command and got this:So what is the next step

Probably this question was already asked but following the given instructions didn't resolve my problem.

My machine:

In Device manager I don't see any Graphic adapter to uninstall.

I've been having the same issue with the following drivers since this morning.

• Intel Corporation - Extension - 27.20.100.8681

Hopefully, Microsoft will resolve this issue soon. I don't know why this happened all of a sudden.

 

Install error - 0x80070103

Windows Update keeps listing an available update, but when I run Update, I get an error: Intel - Net - 12.18.9.20 Install error - 0x80070103

I run the Windows Update troubleshooter (the one in Windows, not the download mentioned in so many articles with the broken link), and it finds a problem, and says it fixed it, but the problem persists. I attached an image of the issues below.

I have tried

• uninstalling the Intel adapters in Device Manager
  
• the process of renaming catroot2 and SoftwareDistribution as in this post
  
• ran system file checker, it found and fixed corrupted files
  

Nothing has worked.
