Windows 10: Still having problems with CTRL+C and CTRL+V....no fixes have worked

Since November, I have been having problems with this. Most of the time, it will not work between screens in programs where it has never been a problem before. The clipboard will often work, but sometimes it won't but I hate it because it is cumbersome. I type for a living, and I NEED these to work. I have tried every option that has been suggested before driver updates, searching for corrupted files, Safe Mode fixes, even replacing the keyboard, etc., but I think it might be a problem with Windows 11. Does anyone have any other thoughts?

Have you tried another keyboard? This is often solved by replacing the keyboard.

Hi, just to check- given the title- does your CTRL key ever do anything in any context? E.g. CTRL A?

I assume c & v keys are ok.

Have you tried a different keyboard?

Does this work in Safe Mode?
