    Still having trouble with 4k YouTube content on Edge Chromium.


    Edge Chromium is supposedly superior for 4k streaming and yet, it's almost impossible to watch UHD content smoothly on YouTube, it lag all the time. On Firefox, it's working perfectly, hardware acceleration is enabled on both browser and my AMD RX-580 drivers are up to date.

    Cannot uninstall Chromium browser at all on Windows 10.

    followed the steps you have posted here and was doin' great until the very last step. opened my C: drive but no Chromium folder listed. any other suggestions? really want Chromium off my system as it's a pain in the butt!!!!

    YouTube TV on the new Edge

    Never said they were the same. Perhaps YouTube TV just added a third browser, the new Edge, powered by Chromium to their list of workable browsers.

    How do I get notifications from the chromium version of Microsoft Edge (Microsoft Edge Beta)?

    I wanna get YouTube notifications from the chromium version of Microsoft Edge (Microsoft Edge Beta) but the app doesn't show on the "Get notifications from these senders" list. Does anyone know a way to get notifications from Microsoft Edge Beta?
