Windows 10: still no help

microsoft you're so pathetic. you guys cant even fix a simple issue with my windows installation can you PLEASE tell me why i cant OPEN STEAM or install razer synapse, or for the fact any other software i can't even install without it randomly CLOSING. oh yea did i mention i purchased 3 mice in 7 months and installed win10 8 times now. replaced my motherboard and memory all in this time frame. Im truthfully gonna switch OS's if I cant get this resolved within the end of this week.

when itry and open my razer synapse software i get a ERROR of MSCORLIB.DLL

when i open STEAM it just HANGS or I can't install ANY games whatsoever.

Did i mention i couldn't even install the graphic card driver from NVIDIA website because it kept saying encountered a problem. Even though I know i run x64 bit i'm no idiot when it comes to hardware and software


Whats weird is that my PC was running FLAWLESS in December 2017.



Please dont delete my post like you have 2 days ago because you cant own up to your doing. When you release a free upgrade to people I expect bugs. but not something to this degree. YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT literally connected to my PC 5 times. You figure they would get someone who knows coding in csharp and fix the issue. Im sure theirs a select few out there who might be having the same issue ever since this Build 1803 came out. I just know around fall creators update my software wasn't giving me any issues whatsoever, I give up and like i said if i dont get this resolve by the end of the week im done with PC's all together and gaming. Was the best 15 years of my life.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

• Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
• Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
• Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
