This is just a calculated decision to force 1950x threadripper pcs into updating cpu.

When clearly the cpu is more than capable of running windows 11, and probabbly still at the high end of the list of cpu's

You have merely restated the obvious. You did not answer the question. WHY is the AMD Threadripper 1950X not supported? The 1950X is a modern and very capable CPU. I would like better reason to toss it out and drop another $1000 on a 2950X. "Because Microsoft said so" in not acceptable.
