Windows 10: Still not receiving security code after 76 attempts, why should any of us bother with teams?

i cannot get into teams because DO NOT receive the security code, and the threads DO NOT help because there are no apparent solutions.


Also - I try to change the 2 step security phone to email address, but when i click on the blue box on the new security email - on the next prompt when i type the security number i am replacing - it keeps saying "session timed out" tried 15 times and I need to get into team!

Help please

New Teams

Hi,

With regard to your concern, you can add a new team on Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click Cortana or the circle icon.
• Click the Notebook icon, scroll down and click Sports.
• Click Add a team and start typing the name of a team.
• Select the results.

Note: If the the team does not show up in the list you cannot add it to the Notebook. We suggest that you send a feedback using Windows Feedback hub so we can take note of this feature for future updates.
