Windows 10: Still struggeling with game

Well... I'm laughing while writing this post but I have one more intresting problem with starting my new game! In big shortcut I bought a game code, it's activated and assigned to my Miscrosoft account. When I'm looking on a product in Microsoft shop/Microsoft account website the status is "installed" and the purchase complete. Before that there was a button with description BUY. After activating a code it was DOWNLOAD buttom. Now its PLAY. So my idea was to just press the Play buttom and enjoy the game but... I pressed the Play button and the only thing which happend was just beautiful screen shot of the game poping up on my desktop and nothing after that. So the question is. How do I start the game now since its downloaded and isntalled?


Just to make it clear im talking about Windows 10 version not Xbox. ;

Step 1:

I suggest you to right click on the game and try to run as administrator and check.

Step 2: if that doesn't help I suggest you to install game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
