Windows 10: Still stuck on “We can't sign in to your account” Error Message on window 10 2: How to get...

I'm still stuck with this error and don't know what to do as I've been stuck here for hours upon hours.The reason I'm here is that I'm using my main account administrator that starting to getting these errors. All of my files from my "corrupt" user account are still on my Acer C: because they were safely restored. But I just wanted to know how to fix this so that my account could function normally again and my files will resorted back. In short, YouTube videos on this subject doesn't help me much because it’s saying: deleting TEMP file and .bak from corrupt user account and restarting my

:)

Receiving we cannot sign you into your account error

I understand that you received after an HP update, you received a message, ‘we cannot sign you into your account’. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



However, please let us know:

• May I know the HP update that was installed?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

Based on the information provided by you, it could be possible that the computer might be booting to a Temporary profile that is the reason the files are missing after reboot.



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
on Windows 10 error message: "We can't sign in to your account".
