Windows 10: Stillasking for answer in layman terms as not tech re security key

Please help as not a tech person tried a couple of fixes doesnt change. Security key now appears for any external wifi in cafe care home etc, I do not have a router at home. It is not same as password given by wherever I am, It means cant connect etc if out at all to any wifi unless it s an open one which is rare. It s far too complicated for me what some have suggested. I tried the reset of network doesnt work. Please can someone help as do not know anyone where reside to solve this issue. My Windows 10 G4 HP laptop was fine before this has suddenly occurred. • How is the screen resolution, when you try to accept the terms?

It could be that the screen is zoomed in, I suggest you to press Control key + "-" key to zoom out and check, if that helps.
