Windows 10: Stock Microsoft Photo Apps couldn't read photos from SD Card Folder Previously working...

I am having issue with the Microsoft Photo apps, since few day ago every time I add new photos to the folder, the apps no longer update or shows the new photosPreviously working perfectly fine, thus I tried to re-add the folder from the Photos setting, terminate it, repair it and even reset it with no avail Now it is completely blank. Music and Video work perfectly fine Readable in within the Groove Music and Movies & TV apps, even those file stored in the SD Card as well, and I am still able to search my photos in the SD Card folder, since there is no latest update for Microsoft Photos, is there any solution with this?

Import photos from SD Card in Photo Gallery using Autoplay

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Type Autoplay Settings in the Search box and press Enter.
• Under Choose Autoplay defaults, select the option required from the drop down list for
  Removable drive and Memory card and close the Window.
• Restart the system and check for status.

I suggest you to try importing the photos using photo app as below and check if it helps.

• In the search box type photo.
• Click on the photo app.
• On the right hand top corner click on import option.
• Before that you need to plug in SD card where you have saved the photos.

Folders on SD card - "No readable photos, videos or folders found"

  Which are the folders liked and disliked by Photos app when you say “Seems like some of the folders are "liked" by the Photos app, while others aren't. The "dislike" is permanent”?
  
• 
  Did you checked whether the Folders on the SD card appear when you insert the SD card into another computer?
  

Note: You will get the error in the folders on SD card “No readable photos, videos or folders found" only if there is no content or the files might have corrupted in the particular
folder.

• Are you seeing a OneDrive folder in the SD card?
• How are you trying to sync photos from the SD card to OneDrive? Did you enable
  Automatically save photos and videos to OneDrive whenever I connect a camera, phone, other device to my PC in the Auto Save tab on OneDrive settings?
  
• Are you able to view the photos by checking the SD card only?
