Windows 10: Stolen Microsoft account Windows license lost

I already understand I might not be getting my Microsoft account back. That means my PC is now operating on a "non existent" account. My user profile is tied to the stolen account that was renamed completely so the account tied to my user no longer exists. I was about to do a clean install of Windows 11 to upgrade soon, but now I really have no idea what to do? Don't tell me I have to buy a new Windows license??? My Windows was originally Windows 7 bought from a retail store as physical copy, so I might have that around still.

So... Lost an account - lost everything, huh? Don't like this system much, but I can't really blame Microsoft for doing that as long as it's the most popular way of handling "protected" stuff (Steam is a "good" example).
There are even few advantages:

• An access to updated and "personalized" ISOs (for example, purchasing Windows 8 will give you Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.1 Update when they come out). No need to struggle with Windows ADK anymore.
• Easy way of "unbinding" your license if you don't need it on your current (running) system and wish to install it on another machine.

Deregister Windows 10 on stolen PC?

Thanks for the additional suggestions. I did chat with a Microsoft rep today, and they advised me to activate the product key on my new PC which will deactivate the license on the stolen one. I asked if they could deactivate the stolen key right now, but they said they cannot.
