Windows 10: Stolen Windows 10 PRO ESD licences

Recently bought 3 ESD licenses from an authorized reseller for my small business. They printed them out and put in a paper envelope, 2 weeks later I found out the envelope got stolen from my bag. I still have the keys they emailed them to me but I can't use them to activate my windows anymore. Can I somehow deactivate the old keys and get new ones without having to spend that money again?

So you have a software download of Windows 10 Pro with no product key.

Is that correct?

If by some chance you mean that you bought Windows 10 Pro and you want to downgrade it for free to Windows 7 Pro, you can't.

Windows 10 Pro had to be a preinstalled OEM license.

Stolen Surface Pro 4, Transfer Windows licence?

Hi. My Surface Pro 4 was stolen. Is there a way to deactivate the windows licence on that device and transfer it to another one?

I registered the device.

If I asked something that has already been ask I am sorry but i wasnt able to find something similar in my previous research.

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
