Windows 10: Stop code: 0x0000ffff

Hi:

I have an ASUS laptop of the R541U series with the Windows 10 operating system. The laptop restarts after a blue screen appears with the following message:

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

If you calla support person give them this info:

Stop code: 0x0000ffff

Please, could you suggest how I can resolve this issue?

Thank you for your help.

• I used DDU to remove drivers
• I check the HP site for older drivers as you suggested but there are none for Win10. I downloaded Win8 driver but on install it reported it was not compatible
• I checked the AMD site and have used older driver 15.200.1062.1004 but still get same stop code error (if you need me to send the files please let me know)

Do you have any further suggestions please?
