Windows 10: Stop code: 0xc000021a while upgrading from win 7 to win10

HiiI have amd sempron 145 2gb ram500gb ,160gb harddiskDigilite dl-960gm-gs3 fx mobowhich is exact copy of asrock 960gm gs3 fx plus my mobo company dont have official siteI have win 7 ultimate x64 which works just fine, but I decide to upgrade to win 10...made a bootable drive from iso file and rufus...when I booted with my bootable drive, windows 10 logo and bots circling came....the next screen always was "your pc ran into the problem,we'll restart for you" with "stop code:0xc000021a". One thing I noticed after I overclocked my cpu and I unlocked 2nd coreamd athlon x2 4550e something...th

Stop code 0xc000021a BSOD

Dear Darwin,

I have tried your method.

Up until Step 5, the computer restart when I press F4 to proceed into Safe Mode. Unfortunately the screen turn into blue screen with stop code 0xc000021a during the startup process.

Looks like the computer turn blue screen in every restarting process after showing logo and 3 turning rounds.
