Windows 10: Stop code ACPI_BIOS_ERROR

Hello, I am running Windows 11 Home version 23H2 on a HP Pavilion 23-q110na.PC shut down correctly last night with no issues, on restart today I have the Stop code ACPI_BIOS_ERROR.I have tried uninstalling the latest updates, reinstalling windows but still get the same error every time on restart.But it will start up in safe mode. Everything I have read tells me to update the BIOS, but as it will start in safe mode, not sure if this is the issue. I installed new RAM about 2 months ago, and a new SSD about 3 months ago, apart from that all hardware is standard. Had no issues since the new hardw

Step 1:

Initially, I suggest you to unplug the external devices connected to the computer (except mouse and keyboard) then restart the computer and check.

Step 2:

I suggest you to press and hold the Power button until the computer turns off completely.

Next time you boot up you might get the black screen with the logon options, choose
Start Windows Normally to boot to the desktop screen.

BSOD - ACPI_BIOS_ERROR

My laptop is Dell Inspiron 15 5000. Three days ago (June 3), it started crashing randomly - BSOD with code ACPI_BIOS_ERROR. It starts back but again after 10 minutes or so, crashes again. Can someone help? Thanks
