Windows 10: Stop code: crucial process died

Hi. I was busy playing a game. Then i noticed the game started lagging. I then put the game off. And restarted my PC. But then it just stuck on the TUF Gaming screen. Its doesnt even want to go into the BIOS screen when i press F2 or the DEL button. It just stuck on the TUF GAMING screen. After putting the pc on and off several times. I eventually got to the black screen that says "American Megatrends" and then i press F1 to "to run setup". I eventually got to the bios screen but i exit it. Fix stop code: critical process died.

I turned off my pc during an update and now get stop code: critical process died. My laptop uses Windows 10 32bit. It has gone through the self-repair and I've tried a restart and other suggested fixes to no avail. What can I do?

 

Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

Did A restore because last automatic update made things run slow, now it says computer did not start correctly, shows Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. It goes to automatic repair and has "restart" and "advanced options". Won't go to safe mode and won't
do another restore, any suggestions on how to make it work again?
