    stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, blue screen when launching games


    Whenever I boot up any game my computer restarts itself, sometimes displaying a blue screen with the stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, I have analysed the dump files and the module amdkmdag comes up as the file causing the error with the failure ID: AV_CODE_AV_IP_amdkmdag!unknown_function.     I keep getting blue screens. With stop codes like "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and somethimes "What failed: mfeaack.sys"

    Computer flickers to black screen then blue screens when launching games

    When I launch majority of games on my computer, the game launches for a second or two before both of my monitors turn black and flash on and off briefly showing my desktop before my computer eventually blue screens after a few minutes. I have tried installing new graphics drivers however i have the same problem. There are a few games that run perfectly with no problem, however the majority just crash my pc.

    When blue screened, I am given the stop code as

    “Stop code: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE”

    Looking at event viewer, Kernel-power, with event id 41 and task category (63) is shown as the reason for the critical event.

    any suggestions on what to do to solve this issue,
