Windows 10: Stop Code Error NTFS File System After Reset

I was trying to reset my win 10 desktop pc because I had run out of space and wanted a fresh install. Now the computer won't boot at all, it's stuck in a loop where it restarts because of this error NTFS File System After Reset.


I have tried to get Advanced Recovery Environment as is suggested in other forums with this same problem. I can't get it to show up, by the time I'm holding down the power button the blue screen will show up.


I installed an image onto a flashdrive and tried to trouble shoot from there but it seems my old recovery points are lost and none of the troubleshooting works.


My windows is linked to my account. All I want is for my computer to work, I don't care if the data is lost that's not a concern for me. Please help me figure out what I can do, if it means reinstalling Windows, I'm willing to do it, but I've got no idea how to clean up this current drive that only boots to the error.

NTFS FILE SYSTEM AND FAT FILE SYSTEM STOP CODES!

Hi - I was having issues with my laptop stopping mid use with an error of 'memory management' particularly when I was using Word. Now, when I go to start it up it comes up with a blue screen and stopcode of NTFS FILE SYSTEM and says it needs to restart
- everytime it restarts it alternates between NTFS FILE SYSTEM and FAT FILE SYSTEM stop codes and just restarts but wont do anything else!!! Can anyone help please?? Thanks ;(

My PC was working fine then when I came back and it is in a continual restart loop. The Dell symbol comes up but then the entire screen goes Blue and it says an error occurred and they will automatically restart the PC to fix it then it happens again.

Your PC Ran Into Problems and needs to restart again. Go to windows.com stop code for more information.

and below that it says

I can't get to the Log in screen to try to boot up in Safe Mode.

I am pretty sure I am running windows 10. It is an old HP Inspiron 14R but this error occurred all of a sudden.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I apologise if I do not use the correct terminology, I am not very IT literate. I have a 3 year old HP Pavillion 15 that stopped opening windows. I get a blue screen that says 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart' and to quote STOP CODE NTFS
FILE SYSTEM. Then a further screen says it is trying to fix the problem but nothing more happens.

I contacted an HP support group and identified a battery error using diagnostics and was told this could be the issue so I replaced the battery but still have this stop code error.

I haven't done anything to the laptop before this happened, no updates or new programs or anything like that.

Any help anyone can give in plain English greatly appreciated.
