Windows 10: "Stop Code" errors when computer restarts due to a power outage

How do I correct stop code errors which result from unexpected power outages. I have had two incidents recently where the power goes out while the computer sits idle and the stop code blue screen deaths occur. One is the "critical process died," while the second is about memory.

BSOD after power outage, stop code 0x00000667

Hi,

I've had a power outage two days ago, after which my computer kept restarting every time I shut down. Using AOMEI Backupper I restored to a previously made system backup to solve the issue which it did, briefly.

Today, when I tried using Display Driver Uninstaller to update my graphics card driver, BSOD happened with the stop code 0x00000667. I've tried locating the stop code online where I found its related to a startup program(?). Not sure what program or other it could be since AOMEI removed everything, so before I resort to restoring my computer (which isn't even two months old) to factory settings I'm really hopeful someone here could help me with this problem.

Also, should I keep shutting down using the power button as normal? I'm kinda afraid this could mess with the hardware longevity or something.

Computer gives blue screen with a stop code

I'm running windows 10. There was a power outage last night. When I started my computer this morning I got a blue screen with a stop code error.

It says Stop code: Inaccessible Boot Device

My computer worked fine before I went to bed. It has tried auto repair and several other fixes. I stumbled onto a test mode that tested everything from hard drive, to cd/dvd drives, memory etc... there was a whole list of things it tested running down
the left hand of the screen. Everything tested fine except for System. It is also saying something about a time interval error. I'm away from my computer now and I am hoping for some suggestions to try once I get back home this evening. I have completed
a system restore and got the message it was successful. When the computer restarts I get the same blue screen with the came information.

For clarity and so we all know the resolution: This statement is slightly at odds with your earlier post:

So can you definitely confirm - at this stage, you will know within a week, two - that it looks that it indeed was an obsolete NVMe driver that was to blame for these BSODs?

Irrespective of that, one of your Samsung SSDs seems to have damaged sectors - worth thinking about the replacement (or at least having fresh backup in place, as ZBook already suggested).
