Windows 10: Stop Code: Kernel_Security_Check_Failure

Hello,I have a Dell XPS 8930 running windows 11 upgrade from Windows 10. I am trying to clone the 2tb NVME drive to a 4tb NVME drive. I have tried several makes of cloning software and they all say the clone was successful, but the clone will not boot. I keep getting the Stop Code: Kernel_Security_Check_Failure. Then a quick screen shows "ROM Image is not loaded and ROM Image update denied. Then it goes through the Automatic repair process but says there are no hardware issues. All drivers and software are up to date. Virus scans are clean. If I look at the drives in Disk Management, the OS cl

The KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE bug check indicates that the kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure. Most causes of this bug check tend to be self-explanatory and easy to diagnose. One exception is code
3, LIST_ENTRY corruption. This type of bug check can be difficult to track down and indicates that an inconsistency has been introduced into a doubly-linked list (detected when an individual list entry element is added to or removed from the list). Unfortunately,
the inconsistency is not necessarily detected at the time when the corruption occurred, so some detective work may be necessary to identify the root cause.
