Windows 10: Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and Log file:...

Recently, while I am using my laptop, I randomly got a blue screen indicating a Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, then it tries to automatic repair however, it fails and it shows Log file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt. What am I supposed to do with this kind of error, I do not want to experience some blue screen errors while working. It also happens when I try to restart my laptop.

I'm finding that my computer is crashing a lot. I've been recording the stop codes and the list includes at least the following:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN EQUAL

SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

PAGE_FAULT_IN_...

MEMORAY_MANAGEMENT

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I know that this is quite a collection but does it suggest any common theme or cause?

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

What's the stop error code? Any files listed as the cause? Check your error logs. They will tell you what's causing it.
