Windows 10: Stop Code NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM on Windows 10

I have a Unbranded PC. It have Asus P5GC-MX Motherboard,Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 CPU,3GB of RAM, and Samsung HD080HJ HDD.

I used Windows 10 on it over 8 Months. Yesterday,I turned on my PC. When Booting, i Received This Massage





I doesn't have any important files so i reinstalled windows 10. But, while installation, It shows this error


''Windows Cannot complete the installation''.


Can i fix this error? Please Help me!

Thanks for reply, I have already tried this troubleshoot option but for this to work I should be able to login at least once and update drivers or remove software which I am not able do. The laptop is restarting in a loop, its not even reaching the windows
logo , the error toggles between stop code: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM and stop code:FAT_FILE_SYSTEM.

I contacted customer support , they suggested me create bootable DVD and repair/reinstall windows. I tried that as well by pressing F8 I am able to reach this Install Now option but after the again the stop code NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM appears and system restarts.

I am not able use F11 system recovery option and advance boot option. I am using HP laptop so by using F2 i did the system test as well and it fails at "Hard Drive Short DST Check"

FAILURE ID: QAH3KW-7PN8JD-XD7WMF-60SQ03 (not sure what is this).

 

BSOD: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM ◀⬅(Windows 10 (Pre-Installed) - HP - ENVY)

My Windows10 HP laptop has ran into a problem. Now it has restarted and it is now continuously restarting and looping a "Blue Screen Of Death" message. "Stop Code: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM" Before, it was altering each time it
restarted it showed, "stop code: FAT_FILE_SYSTEM" and, "stop code: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM" I have done System Diagnostics and have found that it could be a problem with the internal HDD (TOSHIBA)

It keeps rebooting and displays the Blue-Screen-Of-Death message continuously,
