Windows 10: Stop code: PROCESS INITIALIZATION FAILED

I need help please. I have been trying to restart now in advanced startup from recovery in settings and it has been prompting stop code: PROCESS1 INITIALIZATION FAILED. My windows is up to date, i have also tried scanning from terminal administrator everything is fine.

Message popped up (computer hadn't been used in several days, just noticed it when I was straightening up the desk it was on):

Sign-in process initialization failure-

Interactive sign-in process initialization has failed. (OK box)

Facts:

-Bought September 24, 2018

-Preloaded with Windows 10 (no recovery disk in the package)

-Mouse is locked out so cannot press 'OK' using it and no cursor present for use with the finger/key pad (pressing 'enter' has no effect)

-Do not know how to get past this message to attempt any of the suggested start up repairs, clean boot, etc.

Any suggestions?

IO1 Initialization Failed

I just built my own computer and i bought a windows key flash drive. When i boot my computer , it shows choose operating system (64 or 32 bit). I chose 64 bit and after it loads files and loads some more. It eventually pops up a BSOD saying “Stop Code
IO1 Initialization Failed.” When i try the 32 bit option, it gives me three steps. I cant perform the steps because my windows key is already in the pc. I could use some help please.
