Windows 10: Stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED What failed:rtwlane6.sys

My PC is a new Hp laptop that shouldn't have any problems but it has blue screened around 3-4 times a day with the stop code: "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". It doesn't crash right after booting up but about 3 hours of using the PC.I've gathered info on the most recent stop code with Bluescreen Viewer but I don't know what to do with it. Apparently it's a driver problem, though. Occasional SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD


Got a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD. Opened the MEMORY.DUMP with windbg to see that the faulted driver was a Broadcom wireless driver (bcmwlhigh6.sys) that is not listed in Device Manager. So I thought I'd stop by here for some advice. The requested zip file is attached.

What driver versions have you tried currently for your graphics?
If it is the newest version, 361.43, try rolling back the drivers.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window
