    Stop keybinding Snipping tool


    Hi everybody,If I want to capture my screen, I would like to use shareX and not snipping tool. I don't think snipping tool is bad, but I just prefer shareX. How can I stop the keybinding of snipping-tool?I found plenty of tutorials about deactivating in the settings where it says to toggle -> "Use the Print Screen button to open Snipping Tool" in the settings. But this toggle does not exist for me. At its place there is a toggle that says: "use printscreen to open screen capture", but absolutely nothing changes if I toggle it. Can someone help me, please? Is there a Registry key I can chang

    Snipping tool - can't remove keybind, or stop snipping tool at all.

    Hello. I just reinstalled windows on my new SSD drive and now my snipping till has a shortcut of the key F8. It used to be only Windows Button + SHIFT + S...
    Now its both F8 and Windows Button + SHIFT + S
    I really cannot have F8 as my keybind for snipping tool as its interfering with other stuff.

    How can i either turn off snipping tool entirely, or disable that keybind?

    What i've done:

    - right click snipping tool and cleared shortcut keybinds there.
    - went in to group policy editor -> admin templates -> windows components -> Tablet PC -> accessories -> Do not allow snipping tool to run

    I also tried in windows settings under keyboard to disable stuff there.

    Please help

    Keybind for Microsoft Snip tool

    Is there a way to change the keybind to start the snip from the default to a custom one? I recently switched from Linux to Windows 10 and am disappointed that there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

    I don't mean how to create a shortcut or keybind that opens the program.
