Windows 10: Stop message to link accounts

My android phone is constantly dinging due to a microsoft message for me to link my phone and PC. How do I make this stop? I can't even click on clear messages to get rid of it. I don't want to link my phone and PC. How do I make this stop? There is nothing to click on except "Link my phone and PC" and "I Don't have a Windows PC" Nothing else to close or cancel it.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

Cannot Stop Repeated User Account Control Message for Shockwave

Every few hours or so I keep getting a User Account Control message regarding an Unknown Program. The details show it is regarding Shockwave Flash but as far as I am aware I do not have this installed anywhere (certainly not in the Uninstall list of programs).

I have tried downloading it and uninstalling it but to no avail.

Any idea how to remove it altogether to prevent the messages? (I don't want to stop User Account Control messages, just this particular annoyance).
