    How do I stop Windows 10 notifications forever. I stop the notification in customize, like you say, and every morning they are back. Not a happy camper.

    As far as I know, there isn't a setting to stop the notifications happening if the phone is in call. You can stop the notifications vibrating individually by going to Settings>Notifications+actions, then chossing the app you want to edit notifications for
    (you would need to do each one individually).

    Try going to settings -> system -> Notification & Actions from there you can select what you want to be notified about.

    You can turn off the UAC and you will not be notified about anything or you can lower it's setting on notification.
