Windows 10: Stop showing "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate expired" in the settings

I'm sick and tired of Windows being the big bully and not respecting our consent. I click on the cross and Windows shows it to me again when I return to the settings, it's becoming harassment. I don't want your ads on my computer.
